Thorunn is passionate about improving women’s health and she’s got a new blog to inspire and support women on how to keep their bones and bodies strong during the menopause¬†and beyond.

Keeping our bones healthy and strong as we get older is really important for women as they’re at higher risk of losing bone density and developing osteoporosis than men. This can cause pain and disability in later life, even fractures, but there’s so much we can do to prevent that from happening.

Thorunn has created this blog to give simple and accessible advice about the kinds of exercises needed for strong bones, what nutrients and supplements will help build healthy bones, and some less obvious things, such how stress effects bone health.
