Corrective Exercise
Corrective exercise is very important in managing pain and correcting pore posture as well as providing strength training. Using core stability training similar to pilates, we help encourage activity to the muscles around the centre of the body. It is especially important for movements and lifting, especially when it requires extra effort. Without core stability the lower back is not supported from inside and can be injured by often even the simplest of movements.
Every patient is usually provided with a taylored personal exercise programme which is reviewed by the therapist.
